this slideshow features before & after versions of images in which the Fine Art Textures included in this set have been used. most of the images have a mixture of two or three of these textures and include other adjustments in Photoshop such as selective dodging & burning as well as levels & curves adjustments.
what am I getting?
you are purchasing 35 high-res Texture image files used in Jesh de Rox's award winning experiential post processing style, as well as the license to use them for personal and commercial photographs and/or art pieces.
the image JPG files are approximately 8.3 x 12.5 inches at 350 DPI and can easily be up-rezed many times higher. i frequently print 40x50 inch wall prints using these same textures and they look beautiful.

are they actions?
the Fine Art Textures are not actions : ) they are individual high res. texture image files for you to explore with. included with the set is a short instructional video with a few tips for beginning your exploration.
why don't i just make my own?
you are welcome to make your own, and in fact, this is highly encouraged. there are two main advantages to purchasing this set:
- over the past few years, i've shot over 2500 texture images. of all those images, i find that i consistently use only about 35 of these - these are the ones i've included in the set.
for reasons i have yet to define, only a very few textures work amazingly well. this set delivers you the best of 2500 textures without having to go shoot that many yourself. i haven't held any back. these are the very same ones used in the images that garnered so much attention this year at the WPPI international competition. - if you are interested in adding to your library of textures by shooting your own, becoming familiar with the images in this set will give you a great idea of the kinds of textures to look for.
will these Textures make my images look exactly like Jesh's?
no, and that's a good thing : ) because you'll be using the same textures, there will definitely be a related quality and feel to the images, but the most important part of being successful with this look is in exploring and experimenting with them to find what draws *you*.
by investing your style and taste into finishing your images, you add a personal depth to your work that is not achieved through using someone else's actions.

you are welcome to attend an experiential workshop in which Jesh demonstrates his methods and techniques in person. included in the purchase of the Fine Art Texture set is a $100 credit toward any of his workshops.
